  Opaaaaaa! Como cê tá?  This week was pretty crazy! I went to Salvador for the first time, it was pretty cool being in a city that kinda looked like a city from the States...except for all of the Favalas...that was pretty crazy to see. To give a quick run down of the week: -Knocked into a few people who practice Kadenblaya(Black magic) Was quite an experience talking with them -Also, one of our investigators says she hasn't been sleeping well and has been seeing things sooooo...(her mother practices Kadenblaya as well🫠) -Spent so much time on busses to and back from Feira de Santana  -Saturday was heart attack day as we ran around to confirm Church with all of our investigators and when a lot of them text us that they won't be going🫠🫠 spent a lot of time talking with them. I love being a missionary, every day I'm absolutely destroyed, but I have found so much joy and happiness in the work of the Lord.   E aí! Tudo Bem? This week was hot! Like really hot, close to 100 degrees and close to 100% humility. But the work of the Lord goes on! I've never sweated more in my life but I've never had more Joy! This week we were able to find some pretty awesome people! But come Sunday no one answered when we came to pick them up...🫠 it's ok though, we'll get them this week. One really interesting guy we knocked into told us, as we were doing our contact with a purpose, that Jesus Christ Himself, baptized him in the pre-mortal waters...I have no idea what that means...but we did have a pretty good Restoration lesson with him. He really liked the Book of Mormon, which is sick, but he did say that he didn't like Church's because all they want is money. So of course in my testimony at the end I looked him straight in the eyes and told him that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true and the restored Church of Jesus Christ on the earth again.   Opaaaaaa! Como vocês estão? What a week! I spent most of the week in Feira de Santana, which was definitely an interesting experience but was awesome to work in a different area! On Tuesday we had a meeting for the District Leaders which was really awesome, learned a lot about how to help our district reach their goals and find joy in the work!  The rest of the week was filled with laughs and hard work!💪 Had an awesome time talking and working with Elder Petersen and Elder Kirby (Petersen was my MTC comp and Kirby was in my double district) We also had a bunch of miracles and put a lot of people on date which is the most amazing thing. Also, I had my first person that tried to take my wallet. It was probably the worst attempt I have ever seen, but it was an attempt, which means goes down in the book of experiences! He just tried to go in for a hug from the side, but I just blocked his hand and then just walked away quickly. It was quite hilarious. That's it for the week! Ho...
