There and back again, A missionary tale by Elder Claybo Giles

 Hey everyone!! This is my last email as a missionary...that's crasy...it's been a fantastic two years!!!!


I've been reflecting this past week on my mission and I just want to bear my testimony to you guys...

I know that Jesus Christ lives!! That this is His Church! This is the work of The Lord and that He loves each and everyone of us!! He has a plan for us and I testify that it is perfect!! In the name of Jesus Christ, amen 

I'm so very grateful to have served the people here in Bahia and the people in Michigan, I love them so much and I'm excited to visit them in the future!!

Well... that's it!! I'm excited to see you all this week!! I'm super excited to share my experiences with you all!! Até daqui a pouco!!

My Homecoming talk will be August 31st at the Los Posas Chapel, Church starts at 9am!!

  Hey everyone!! How's everyone doing? Hope y'all are doing fantastic!! I'm doing fantastic as well!! Today my Email will be pretty short...it's been a bit since I last sent one... São Caetano: What an awesome área!! Elder Kirby and I arrived with nothing to work with but it has been a blast getting to know all members and finding A TON of people!!! Baptism: Yesterday we had the Baptism of Gleidson!! We found him the first day in our area and he is super special!! He is 55 years old and looking for a turn around in his life!! He had done a ton of things in his life (good and bad) but nothing brought him happiness that lasted or joy that lasted. General Conference, As Palavras de Deus!!!

Oiiiii gente!!! Tudo bem? How is everyone doing? I hope everyone is doing well and that this last week was great!! Because the Highlight of this past week was definitely General Conference!!! General Conference! What an awesome and spiritual blessing to listen to the Word of God through Prophets and Apostles in our day!!! I really loved every talk and I'm going to go back this week and study them a lot more and in English 🤣🤣 They all had messages that helped me understand what I need to do better as a missionary and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ!!! I just want to bear my testimony real quick about how trials help us in our lives!!! And that when we go to The Lord with our questions and our thoughts that he will respond and guide us!! These last few weeks I've definitely been praying more for guidance and knowledge of what I need to do and Heavenly Father answered my prays and questions with General Conference!!!
